NDIS Pricing Guide update re: cancellations

The pricing guide has been updated to clarify the amount of time that can be charged in event of a cancellation or no-show. On page 18 of both the ACT/NT/SA/WA and the VIC/NSW/QLD/TAS guides it now states that providers can charge participants for up to two hours of service per service agreement (as opposed to per year or per plan). It also states that this fee can only be charged if it has been documented in the service agreement and agreed to by the participant.
