Making a Complaint

A member of the public or a member of the Association can make a complaint about a member of Speech Pathology Australia if they believe there has been a breach of the Code of Ethics.
Complaints are received by the Senior Advisor Professional Issues. If you have a query regarding the Association's Code of Ethics, wish to speak with someone regarding an issue related to the Code of Ethics, or wish to lodge a complaint, contact

The Senior Advisor Professional Issues will contact you by phone to explain the complaints process in detail. Complaints about non-members will be directed to the relevant state government service (eg Health Services Commissioner).
