Please join us for our NT Branch AGM to acknowledge our 2019 achievements and introduce 2020 operational plan.
We will also be having special guest speaker Karen Wylie present to us:
Karen Wylie is an Australian speech pathologist who (almost) accidentally spent 15 years living and working in sub-Saharan Africa.
Along the way, she produced two children, a PhD thesis and became part of the team of SLTs who started the Master's of Speech and Language Therapy degree at the University of Ghana.
Karen's PhD thesis is on the development of rehabilitation services for people with communication disabilities in sub-Saharan Africa.
Karen now lives back in Australia and lectures at Curtin University.
