Employer Rights for Corona Virus (COVID-19) and Impact on Small Business


This seminar is for members who employ or engage staff and will address employment law issues. 




Key Learning Outcomes

Anna Pannuzzo will:

  • Outline key legal issues including minimum” legal obligations  as well as going beyond minimum obligations and best practice 
  • Discuss  practical considerations with staff who are conducting telehealth sessions and working from home.
  • Identify scenarios for practices to consider in terms of options to consider both in short and long term as to how best manage current permanent employees.
  • Outline what workplaces will need to consider in terms of contracts and polices and obligations.
