InHouse Event Solutions, the official accommodation provider for the SPA 2026 Conference, has arranged special discounted rates at several hotels in close proximity to the conference venue, exclusively for conference attendees.
Discounted rates are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. These offers will expire 30 days before the conference on Friday 22 May 2026, so be sure to book early to secure your preferred hotel.
Attendees are encouraged to book through InHouse Event Solutions to access exclusive rates and enjoy a seamless conference experience. If you prefer to make your own arrangements, you’re welcome to do so.

How do I book?
You can explore and book accommodation during your registration. If you’d prefer to book later, your registration confirmation email will include a unique link to review hotel options and make a booking any time before Friday 22 May 2026.
Be sure to review each hotel’s policies before completing your booking. You will also receive a copy of the hotel’s payment and cancellation terms in your accommodation confirmation email for your records.
A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Payment is handled directly by the hotel and is separate from your conference registration.

Payments
Hotels will begin taking deposits and/or full payments from Friday 22 May 2026. Please review the payment details and deadlines listed in each hotel’s terms and conditions before confirming your booking.
Cancellations
Cancellation fees will apply for cancellations and/or changes that reduce the number of nights stayed after COB on Friday 22 May 2026. Fees vary depending on the hotel. Please ensure you read the hotel’s payment and cancellation terms carefully before completing your booking.
If you do not arrive at the hotel on your scheduled check-in date, full charges will apply and cannot be refunded.
